Competition Handling
Competition entries are received, sorted, winners selected and prizes despatched including cash winners.
Telephone Call Handling
Our automated voicemail system can be programmed with whatever message you require, we are also able to program it with prompt recording, which is particularly good when there are multiple questions. We have a collection of 30 local numbers which we use, or you can select to have a freephone/premium rate number if required.
Mail Opening & Sorting
We can open and sort mail on a large scale. Mail is sorted by hand to ensure 100% accuracy. It can then be opened and batched or datacaptured onto our systems and emailed to customers.
Hand Collating
Our hand collating team is able to collate your mailing if it requires non-machineable items or requires the personal touch of matching up several items that are personalised.
Envelope Inserting
A6 to A4 with as many inserts as you like. Unusual or awkward items can be inserted by hand.
Polywrapping
If Polywrapping is to your taste then we can wrap in a variety of film thickness to suit the weight of your publication. Your front cover is usually shown through the clear reverse of the pack to provide added impact.
Laser Printing
For more personalised mailings we have a number of laser printers offering black and white or colour as well as the option of simplex or duplex printing. Sizes vary from A3 to A5 and include letters and questionnaires with logos and variable text.
Envelope Printing
To enable a professional look on your mail we print addresses directly onto the envelope. There is also the option to have your PPI and return address printed onto window envelopes.
